I try it at home because if it gets too much, I freeze it and when it never gets ready, I order it from the market.Apart from being a sweet dish, it is also a nutritious and powerful dish.

Making carrot halwa doesn't require much ingredients hand it doesn't take much effort. Milk is available in everyone's house, often dry fruits are also available in the house, sugar is also in the house and often carrots available also.

• 1 kilo gram grated carrot
• One and a half kg of milk
• 20 grams of almonds
• 2 tablespoon ghee
• Two cardamoms
• Half cup sugar
