Yes, sometimes we face shocking moments that can be both good and bad for us. As they say, everything happens for a reason. I'm going to share a shocking moment through an email that initially didn't seem good but eventually taught me many lessons. It motivated me to work hard and achieve my goals.

This shocking moment happened about a year ago when I was in my second semester. During Eid, I didn’t focus much on my studies. I spent more time on my phone and with friends, using Instagram a lot and hardly studying throughout the semester.

I only studied in the last few days, just enough to pass the exams, as I wasn’t really in the mood to study. In the first semester, I had worked hard and secured third position in my class, which made me very happy, and my friends praised me.

However, in the second semester, I didn't study properly and only did some last-minute cramming. Consequently, my exams didn’t go well. One of the papers was completely out of syllabus, which the entire class didn’t know how to handle.

I was very stressed because my previous exams hadn’t gone well either. On the day of that paper, I started crying. My teacher consoled me and advised me to write whatever I knew. I wrote what I could and made up the rest.

When the results came out a few months later, I was shocked to see that I was the last in the entire class. This was a huge shock because I had always been among the top students. I felt very bad, blamed myself for not studying, and was very sad. My friends consoled me, saying that it was only the second semester and I still had six more semesters to go, so I should work hard in the future.

I felt sad at first, but then I realized I needed to study seriously for the third semester. I reduced my phone usage and outings, and focused on my studies. As they say, hard work pays off. When I got my third semester results, I was overjoyed to see that I had topped my class with the highest marks. I was extremely happy and shared sweets with my entire class.

These were two shocking moments for me: one sad and one happy. The bad result in the second semester motivated me to work harder, and I succeeded. This taught me that when unexpected things happen, we shouldn’t get discouraged. Instead, we should stay positive and work as hard as we can.

I understood that negative moments are temporary, and if we approach them positively, we can turn them into successes. This was a shocking but happy moment for me, as I topped my class after being at the bottom in the previous semester. Since then, I have continued to work hard and stay dedicated to my studies.

That's it from today's blog I hope you will like it. With best wishes ❤️. Now I like to invite @robin42, @yenny47 and @firyfaiz to participate in this amazing contest.

You are absolutely right my friend, sometimes we must fail to realize our goal to achieve success. Your case is very similar to the one I have experienced and I am glad you overcame your problem by yourself. Success and good luck with the contest
