Allah Almighty has created all human beings and after creation Allah Almighty has placed all the organs in each human being. And the healing and well-being of each of these organs is essential for human health. If even one of these organs is damaged or any disease occurs, human health also deteriorates. Health is a great blessing of Allah, just as it is said that health is a thousand blessings. So if a man does not take care of his health then very soon he has to face many diseases and then later he regrets why I didn't take care of my health so also our teeth are our human organs. I'm in. Because when we eat or chew something or put anything inside the mouth, it has a profound effect on our teeth. Due to the deterioration of our stomach will also deteriorate, and our mouth will also start to smell bad and many other diseases will arise only because we do not keep our mouth and our teeth clean. Therefore, it is very important to keep your teeth and your mouth clean. When I wake up early in the morning, the first thing I do is use toothpaste to get rid of bad breath and clean my teeth, but most of the time I use miswak because brushing can cure many diseases. And brushing is also a Sunnah of our beloved Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and it removes the bad smell and diseases of our mouth. And when I don't have Miswak, I use toothpaste. And even when sleeping at night, I make it mandatory to use toothpaste after eating, because when a person uses toothpaste after eating, the food etc. in his teeth and his bad smell disappear, but if a person sleeps If he does not use toothpaste, then he has bad breath inside his mouth, which can cause many diseases.
In today's times, there are many toothpastes that clean the teeth. And when we go to the market, we find many toothpastes in the shop like Sensodyne, Colgate, Pepsodent, Aim Toothpaste, Colgate Cavity Protection Toothpaste, Colgate Sensitive, Colgate Herbal etc. But among all these toothpastes I prefer Colgate Herbal. Because with this toothpaste, all the particles in the teeth will be removed soon and the bad smell will disappear from the mouth and it will start smelling, but I also use this toothpaste when I don't have a mouthwash. But if I have miswak, I don't prefer any toothpaste, I only use miswak and often I try to use miswak during every prayer.
Advantage
My favorite toothpaste Cool Gate Herbal is very useful for all teeth as it is a paste made from herbs. It also contains peppermint which is used to freshen the breath and clove which protects against toothache. And neem leaves are also added to it which helps to strengthen the gums and prevent inflammation etc. So in this sense this paste has many benefits.
Disadvantage
There are many benefits of using this toothpaste but there are also disadvantages that all these pastes are made with chemicals which are not good for our delicate mouth and gums. And anyway Colgate Herbal or any other toothpaste contains chlorophyll which if accidentally gets into our stomach, we get an infection in our stomach which is gradually harmful to our health.
And remember one thing that if any toothpaste, no matter how much you like it, if using it is affecting your health or your children's health, consult a doctor immediately. Do and get information about this toothpaste. If allowed to use this toothpaste according to the doctor's instructions, then use this toothpaste. Otherwise, never use this toothpaste as it may endanger your life and the lives of your family members.
