SFS Contest Week 17 | Skincare Ingredient [Milk].
Moisturizer
Milk has high content of fats and protein is also present in the milk that helps our skin to moisturize. So this is used as a natural moisturizer which makes the skin soft and hydrating.
Exfoliation
The presence of lactic acid in milk Which function is as exfoliation, means that it will help to remove the dead skin cells.
Anti-inflammatory
The anti inflammatory characteristics of milk that is helpful to make the skin smoothen. It is also helpful to decrease redness.
Skin brightness
The milk is very effective in the treatment of dark spots, it lighten the dark spots as contains lactic acid. It's also a treatment for pigmentation.
Fight with acne
When the acne on our skin is caused by the bacterial infection it can be treated with the use of cold milk.
Open pores treatment
As the milk contains protein which is helpful to shrink the pores and gives our skin a smooth and good appearance.
Natural cleanser
The milk is used as a natural cleanser, it removes the dirt from our skin without causing any distribution the natural oils of our skin.
For hair
Softening
Not only lengthy hair is enough it's shine and softening is also important. The milk has protein and fats in it which makes hair smooth, shiny and soft.
Growth of Hair
The milk has calcium this is significant in the growth of hair in a natural way. It gives the strength to the follicles of hair.
Ingredients
Ingredients required for remedy:
•2 tablespoons of milk
• 1 tablespoon of honey
How to make
Take a small bowl, add these two ingredients and mix them , make a smooth mixture.
Application
Apply on your face, make sure that your face should be clean. Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes. When you feel that the mask is going to be dry and then rinse off with fresh water.
