What's your favorite online shopping app & why?

For me, the jumia application is the best in my country, Tunisia, but there is a basic point that must be agreed upon, which is that the jumia.com website is like any online store that aims for profit, and this will not happen without purchases, and the only way to reach purchases is to persuade users to make purchases and build a strong relationship between The user and the site are based on mutual trust. Therefore, Jumia's interest lies in ensuring a beneficial buying experience for the user, so that he makes another purchase whenever the opportunity arises. Therefore, the site is guaranteed and aims to gain more users.

My personal experience of buying from Jumia is excellent and there is no problem, as you order the product and it arrives after two or three days, depending on the type of product. The shipping period may take longer than that, but in general, the product will reach you with the same quality as on the website.

But there is an important thing that you must keep in mind, which is the price compared to the quality of the product. All the products that are offered differ according to the brand or the manufacturer, for example, a control arm from Sony at a price of 75 Tunisian dinars, while another control arm from a different company is under the price of a Tunisian dinar, so the price Linked to manufacturing quality and brand.

With regard to the quality of the products, if you buy an original Nike brand item upon the arrival of the product, if it does not match that, you have the right to request a refund and return the shipment to Jumia at the Jumia account, and you will not pay any expenses. In addition to my experience on the site, there are many of my friends who use Jumia, some of whom do not have sufficient experience in buying online, but with Jumia it is very easy. For me I buy just what I need from Jumia and especial at the time of purchase , whether it's a household item , a shirt , a computer or a whole range of other goods that I have purchased online since 2016. These are usually hard or impossible things to buy in-store these days.

I think online shopping has become a "philosophy" for many of us.. the ease…the choice..the speed…me personally, I prefer in-store. On the one hand keep our local shops and on the other hand contact, sharing...communication.

As far as I am concerned, I like to touch a material, to see the real fall of a garment, its true color and how it receives light.

I like to walk in the aisles of a store, I like to be attracted by an object, a piece of furniture, a piece of clothing that I would not have thought of. Seeing an object that reminds me of someone, buying it imagining the pleasure and the joy that I will give when I offer it...

I like to walk in a city and look at beautiful windows that make you want to come in, to see, to touch, even if I come out empty-handed.
