✅ Did you know about sbd or is it something new to you?

I know about SBD hence it is not something very new to me. I have come across it in several occasions as it comes and go. I have being in this platform for a year plus and that made me know about it since it comes sometimes when the debt ratio is below 10%.

I created my account last year around June and in some time last year or this year we saw SBD appeared and then a lot of persons wrote about it because of the joy the have for its coming. I took time made a little research and studies and then learnt about it.

So SBD to me is not something new instead it is something every Steemian needs to know about and also be joyful for its coming because it entails having more required from our post payout because 1 SBD can give almost 15 Steem.

✅ How has the arrival of SBDs influenced the growth of Account.

The arrival of SBD no doubt helps every Steemian to grow very well and my case is not different. I don't always get much support because I don't participate in the engagement challenge as they appear difficult for me so I resulted to writing mini contest daily.

With that I get sometimes 2 or 3 booming in a week and if the community curators find my post worth they give their vote on it as well. So with a $10 upvote for instance, I will be earning atleast 2.5 SBD which will give me about 35-40 Steem.

If I get this for 2-3 post then you will agree with me that I can earn upto 150 Steem in a week. I may decide to power up 100 and use 50 and in that way my Steem power will continue growing. So that is how the arrival has affected my growth.

✅ Briefly explain how to convert SBD to steem.

Based on the screenshot below, I have presented a simple step to convert your SBD to Steem especially to those who have no idea about it before now.

Step 1: Login to your wallet

Step 2: Click the drop down arrow close to SBD

Step 3: Select market.

Step 4: Enter the amount of SBD you want to sell to give you Steem in the filled marked in the screenshot and click on buy. If the market order matches it will execute else it will wait until the order matches.

✅ Do you consider that it is better to receive rewards directly in Steem or do you prefer them in SBD? Why

Everyone is rejoiceing because of the coming of SBD and that alone should tell you that the reward is best received in SBD instead of Steem. I have explained above that 1 SBD will give you close to 15 Steem based on the current price.

So post paying you 5 SBD is giving you almost 100+ Steem which you will never get if the post paid out in Steem. SBD is a much higher value asset so buying Steem using it is the best.
