The product in the picture is my best hair cream product during summer seasons. It's called Apple Hair Food, it's produced and mainly found in Nigeria. It's very effective for hair growth and keeping the hair always moisturized. It also serve as hair treatment for some kind of hair ailment. It's my favorite hair cream and I'll always recommend it.

The product in this picture is called Fressia perfumed jelly vaseline. It's what I mainly use for my body to keep my skin moisturized and smooth during summer. It's very effective in dealing with skin dryness and skin roughness. I would recommend it anywhere anytime.

I also use lotions too, but mostly lotions produced with oil or honey, as this ingredients helps in ensuring smooth and well moisturized skin.

Well, to be honest I'll say everyday. Yeah! Everyday, morning after bathing and evening also after bathing. That's how I personally use my beauty care products and also how I'll recommend anyone to use it.

During the summer season due to the weather condition it's advisable to freshen up twice a day, so after you freshen apply the products I've listed above, because they mostly have effect after bathing.

Well, there's nothing that has advantages without having disadvantages. And of course as you've read I've listed some of the advantages of my personal beauty products like;

• Fast hair growth as for the hair cream.
• The hair products also serve as hair treatment for hair ailment like dandruff, lice amongst others.
• For my body cream they give you smooth and well moisturized skin.
• My personal body cream also helps treats dry skin and rough skin.

As for the disadvantages of all my beauty care products, there's no known side effects for now. Although side effects can only come from using the expired products.

Like I said this are my personal beauty products that I use for my skin and hair, they are just my favorite and personal best, they are other that might be superb out there. Which is why I'll say you should know your skin amd body type to know the skin and hair product that will be perfect for you. Don't just rush and start using what I've listed here, because everybody has different skin that are allergic to some products. I am saying this because if your skin do not resonate with the product it can damage your skin.
