SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 30

Greetings Friends

We are now in the second month of 2025 and am grateful to God Almighty for allowing us to get to where we are today, unhurt. I have always loved this contest and I want to participate in it again. I wish to focus on school related activities and I know most of you will enjoy reading this post. @ashkhan thanks for organizing this contest.

Last week there was an orientation for new students (freshers) who recently gained admission into the university. The orientation was set to hold from 10am that day, I have forgotten the particular day last week that this happened. Most of the departments were supposed to have lectures that 10am but I noticed they were confused if they will still hold the lecture after the orientation or another day.

You know new students don't always know much and they are always scared of making mistakes in their first year. The lectures for that 10an was postponed in so many departments till another day. A friend of mine who's currently a fresher gave me alot of information concerning what happened that day. The orientation was successful as alot of students were given many advices.

Some of them listened to few advices people with experience have given them before. I heard some snacks was shared but it didn't get to everyone. One particular student successfully took three different kinds of biscuits that day and his coursemates were so amazed, they couldn't believe he could do such a thing and what he did was actually wrong. He was even laughing at what he did, claiming that he's very smart.

Like I said before, the snacks in which biscuits are included, didn't get to everyone and that guy that took two extra would have given two people without snacks the opportunity to get a biscuit if he didn't take two extra. Alot of people often do this in occasions where things are being shared to people that attended. They always want to have more than one for themselves even when they know that others didn't get anything. Students were more exposed about things related to the school after the orientation and I was impressed.
