Greetings Everyone

When I said Dunk am sure you know the sport is related to, for those who doesn't know, calm down you will realize it soon because we are all here to teach and learn at the same time. I love engaging in sporting activities because they have alot of benefits in our life. I appreciate @sahmie for organizing this contest. The contest is thrilling and I believe I will do very well in this entry of mine.

I love basketball

Dunk is a skill in basketball whereby a player holds the ball with one hand in the air and put it inside the net forcefully. Basketball is my favorite sport, is a sport filled with so many things. This sport is more technical than football but football is more popular than it. I always love the fact that basketball isn't a sport that requires so many players, it has just 5 players in the court of each team. Most basketball players are tall because is a very nice sport that gets easier for tall people.

Am tall and this is one of the top reasons that made me love basketball, alot of my friends have always told me I will do well in basketball, when I was in junior secondary school. Basketball is a game with different skills, we dunk, rebound and shoot shots as well. Basketball has 4 quarters and the team with the highest points after the end of the 4th quarter automatically wins.

The court is not as big as that of a football or rugby pitch, it is small but not very small and it has two nets that are high. The only way and average height and short human can survive in basketball and break records is only when they are fast in dribbling and passing, able to jump very well multiple times and able to shoot the ball inside the net from a far distance multiple times.

Both boys and girls plays basketball, is a game for all and is one of the games in Olympics, I enjoy watching basketball Olympics competition especially the ones played by the females because they are really trying in their area, female basketball players are improving day by day and am so happy about this so much. I really love the fact that they are putting do much efforts to progress.

The steemian that recruited me to steemit also love basketball and we began to go to basketball courts together 2022. The court isn't very big because is located in a primary school and I guess it was meant for primary school students but based on what I saw, the basketball court is too big for the children. I was already in the team and my friend joined that day, that was how we were always going there on Sundays till last year January when we stopped due to high cost of fuel.

My friend began to play basketball in a street, with his friends who were high classmates when they were in high school few years ago while I haven't played for a long time because of school activities and my various works. I intend to buy my own basketball someday so that I can be training myself privately before I join another team.
