The Debate (no.51); Working from home is more convenient for me

Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I am here to participate in a contest of "Steem Fashion&Style" community organized by our friend @sahmie. Today's contest is organized around home or office work which I like more. So today I started writing my post to participate in this wonderful contest.

Which do I prefer between working from home and working from the office?

First of all, between office and home, I would choose to work from home because I have personal freedom in working here which is the biggest motivation for me. Also I want to be able to work freely in my home which is not possible in office. The home environment is familiar to me and any work I do can be done well here. I enjoy every moment when I work at home.

As for work at home I work both online and offline which I like more. Although I would choose office work for the sake of work and livelihood but personally I would definitely choose my home work to improve the quality of my work.

Does working from home increase my productivity?

Yes, working from home increases my productivity. I've found by doing family work at home as well as earning money that helps increase my productivity. Moreover, I think that whatever work we do nowadays, it should be comfortable for us and we should be able to spend our time freely in that work. In this case I did it on winter vegetables in a fallow field next to my house.

Although this fallow land is not ours but the owner of the land is very close to us, we produce different seasonal crops on the land without paying any money to the owner of the land for cultivation. Although me and a murubbi from my neighborhood do this together. We eat the vegetables grown in this land and sell them in the market to earn money which increases my productivity.

On the other hand, I am sitting at my home and doing regular work on the Steemit platform, my only means of earning online through my mobile, which will be my savings later. In this case I can say that all these activities definitely increase my productivity which is necessary for my livelihood.

How does the office environment affect my mood?

Nowadays I don't work in an office so I now have personal freedom at work. But before that I was working in a small organization where I had to go on time and complete the daily routine. It used to cost me a lot of labor and time which was very difficult for me. Also I was not getting enough money for my said work which made me more depressed.

Then of course I worked in a private primary school where my workload was much less and I adapted myself to that environment. Also I try to earn money by working online from my home and grow vegetables in the fallow land near the house to meet my family needs and sell the vegetables to my neighbors which is another source of my income which is constantly increasing my productivity.

Do I miss social interaction while working remotely?

I miss the social interaction a lot when I am away from my family for work. Basically we humans are social creatures and we prefer to live in groups. In this case, when we stay in the same place for a long time, our spirit relationship with that place is formed which is the relationship for the whole life. Moreover, I am used to working in my own environment and my home environment is familiar to me so that in this environment I can complete any work I want independently. In this case, when I stay away from my home, I miss my surroundings and all the elements of the environment a lot.

What is the ideal work setup for me?

I create my ideal work setup with a nice environment and the necessary materials for work. However, all the jobs I do are hassle-free because the setup of these jobs doesn't require much hassle. Especially I use only my mobile for online work and with this mobile I do my online work where no other content setup is required.

Also, when I teach in a private primary school, there are all the study materials available so I don't have to worry too much. Moreover, I think that there is an element of compatibility with the work environment which increases the speed of our work.

Finally, for the set-up of my work in every field that I do in my house, I keep a small plough, a shovel, a shovel and many other earth-digging tools that I use for my needs. I like to get my work done with these little setups.
