Hello Everyone. I am @msharif
From #Bangladesh
Hello friends how are you all? Hope everyone is well. Today I am back again to participate in another engagement challenge contest. Where I found a great contest topic was my cultural costume. We all have our own cultural clothing that we like to wear or wear regularly. So like everyone else I have and that is Punjabi which goes with my cultural attire and I love to wear it.
My specific cultural dress is Punjabi. And I wear it whenever I get a chance or go somewhere or have an event. Punjabi is one of my favorite clothes. I have about 15 Punjabis in my own collection. Which are of different colors and different types.
As I like to wear Punjabi, I wear Punjabi on different occasions especially when praying, when going to some place for an invitation, on some occasions, or sometimes even at home. I like this dress very much. As beautiful as this dress looks, I like wearing it more than any other dress.
I wear Punjabi at different times. And whenever I have time and feel like it, I wear Punjabi and Pajama. And some notable times I wear Punjabi are:
- Prayer time
- At the wedding ceremony
- On birthdays party
- On Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha
- And I wore yellow on my body and Punjabi during the wedding.
I wear more Punjabi in all the list I shared above. There are many rewards for praying while wearing Punjabi during Namaz, that's why I try to wear Punjabi during Namaz. Besides, my wife always tells me that I like wearing Punjabi, so I wear Punjabi when I go to various functions and on Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha. And when I got married I wore yellow on my wedding and also on the day of the wedding ceremony I wore Punjabi because I like it more.
I think this cultural dress of mine is very popular dress and one of the dress in different countries including our country. I have seen now almost most of the youth and older people wear pajama punjabi whenever they get a chance. And on various occasions besides this, everyone likes to wear Punjabi on Eid days as well.
So Punjabis are always available in the shopping malls of our country and different designs and colors of punjabi are always available. And they range in price from low to high. According to my knowledge, a Punjabi is sold from 200 taka to 20 thousand taka in our country. As per his ability he buys and wears Punjabi according to his choice. As I belong to a middle class family, I try to buy my Punjabis between 1000 taka to 3000 taka. And I always get my favorite Punjabi in between.
I have already shared that Punjabi price starts from 200 taka in our country and maximum 20,000 taka punjabi is also available.
Especially when there are wedding events when everyone wears the same color punjabi then those punjabis can be bought at a low price at once they are available between 200 taka to 500 taka and the Steem price is 8.54 to 21.35 Steem.
Besides, middle-class families wear Punjabis costing 1000 to 5000 taka. Which if converted to STEEM will be 42.7 to 213.5 steem.
Upper classes and politicians mostly wear Punjabis, they buy Punjabis from 5000 to 20000 taka and wear them for themselves. The Steem price of which is 213.5 to 853.97 STEEM.
I invite @ubongudofot @oneidaa @mostofajaman to participate in this contest.

Hello @msharif, thank you for the invite. Your traditional wears look good on you. And It's interesting to know the real owners of these costumes.
Funny enough, Nigerians most times borrow this dress code but you are the real owner.
I think i have the third one !

I like your cultural attire. I don't know the specific culture of Bangladesh but you explain very well and then I got your point that Punjabi is your favourite cultural attire and is the most unique cultural attire in your country.
Punjabi looks great on you and especially the waistcoat that you have weared also looking very great with Punjabi dress. Your cultural attire is not too much unique but the prices I can say are reasonable.
