So my daily routine is that every time I wake up early in the morning, I brush my teeth with toothpaste first thing after having a bowel movement to get rid of the bad smell and grime from my mouth. And then after dinner, when I go to bed, I brush my teeth with toothpaste before going to sleep, so that my mouth smells good all night and doesn't smell bad. etc. is eaten, it also comes out from the teeth with toothpaste and does not smell bad.
