First, I begin my speech with respect and love for everyone in this community. I hope everyone is well. Today, I came to participate in the contest 📢📢"[CONTEST] My Skill is My Power || Season-12 " announced by @pea07 madam on Steem Fashion&Style. Thanks for organizing such a wonderful contest. I'm excited to take part in this lovely competition again.Today I will show my cooking skills in the content of this contest.We usually eat watermelon but discard the watermelon peel. Let's cook a delicious curry with it too. So today I have brought you a new recipe with watermelon peel. Let's start without delay.

This is what I used to make it

10	Bay leaves	1
11	Cardamom	3
12	Oil	As required
13	Dry Chillies	2

How I made those steps

Step one:

First I diced 1 cup of onion, and cut off the tough top of the watermelon. Then I washed the dal and chopped the onion.

Step two:

At this stage, I cut and washed the watermelon as shown in the picture. Then in a clean pan mix well with garlic paste, 1/2 cup onion, bay leaf, turmeric, pepper, salt, cardamom.

Step Three:

After mixing all the masalas well I added the washed dal and mixed it well. Then I applied the sliced watermelon peel in the same way.

Step Four:

Then after kneading, add enough water and put it in the oven. After cooking in the oven for a while, when the dal and watermelon rind were cooked, I added green chillies to it.

Step Five:

Finally, when the whole curry is cooked. Then in another bowl, add onion, garlic and oil along with dried chillies and raw cumin seeds.

At the end I took a selfie with my food.Although this is my first time cooking this dish, I feel like I have made it many times. At the end of cooking, when everyone ate, everyone liked it a lot.
