What are the advantages of online shopping compared to in-store shopping?
Online shopping advantage over in-store shopping to me is that online gives you the privilege to go through the different products available with out much stress as compared to the in-store shopping where you may need to go from one direction to the other trying to locate what you want.
Another advantage of online shopping is that it is most times far cheaper than the in-store shopping and also you always get to know about the available products online before it can get to the in-store. So if you need a product it's always advisable to check price and description online as it gives you an idea of what it will cost in the in-store.
How do returns and exchanges differ between online and in-store purchases?
If I understand this question very well, return has to do with gains or interest. So if my guess is correct, then we can say we are looking at the difference between the online and in-store profits.
For me, both of them have a way of getting their returns. Since online price is usually less, they always collect delivery fee from the customers they are supplying the products to.
In the case of the in-store, they will increase the price to ensure that their labour and transport is covered in the price that users will purchase the product. A good example is if a particular goods original price online is $2, it may be sold at the rate of $2.5 in the in-store which means an additional $0.5 has been added.
In what ways does in-store shopping provide a different experience compared to online shopping?
When you go for an in-store shopping, you will see the products yourself and then pick the products you want to make use of yourself and possibly have a well check on it. But in the case of online shopping this is not there.
So you may see something beautiful online and like it but after seeing it physically you will discover that it didn't even worth your expectation. So this has happened on several occasions with many customers.
Which shopping method do you prefer and why?
Having stated the advantages as well as part of the disadvantages of these different shopping types, you will agree with me that all of them has their various good side and bad side respectively so making a choice depends on individual.
As a person, I prefer the online shopping because it isore economical and you will get to make choices from the list of many options. Also you will be first to know when a new product comes to market or if there is a change in the pric of the asset.
Have you ever had any memorable experiences, positive or negative, while shopping online or in-store?
Yes, I have had a memorable experience before and this was a positive experience because I ordered for a particular headphone online and when the package finally arrived, I saw about $10 in the pack and when I enquired I was told it happens sometimes we can get something from these things when we open them.
I was so happy that day because they money insaw inside was far higher than the money I used in buying the stuff online. It was as if I was given the things for free and also given more things in addition to what I purchased.
That was the beautiful experience I had and I wish to meet such an opportunity again. Though I know it may be rear especially now that I always expect. I believe that if I stop thinking about it I may just be lucky someday again.

From my own to expect it the reason why I think is necessary sometimes to pay for the fees is that, I've seen someone who order something online, when it was delivered he rejected the product without a valid reason so most brand uses the delivery fee as a trust that this person is really wants to buy this product. Like you said shopping online is very easy and accessible you can do it on your own anytime anywhere.
