Goodbye and farewell to 2023

Hi guys good to have you all here today how are you doing I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be participating in a contest organize by @drhira with the theme "Goodbye a farewell to 2023"

How Was The Year 2023

Many months ago we all welcome the year 2023 with open arms with the optimism of great achievements, breakthrough and favour. But indeed the year 2023 came with lots of challenges and great hubris

As I sit in the comfort of my room I recall how beautiful this year was and how hopeless I was at first when it started, yes indeed this year has made me smile at the same time it has made me cry multiple times

I remember all the difficult times I've pass through this year and still I also remember all the break through I had and being able to get back on track with my life's goals

This year I have been able to achieve lots of things which some years back I would never thought it would be achievable, but here we are though I welcome this year with hopelessness but along the way it came with many surprises and lots of open doors

Starting from that very day which was on 3 April when I was called upon to start the current job I'm doing now, I didn't even applied for it but all of a sudden it just happened and I became the new manager and eversince then I have been able to pull through many obstacles and challenges thus setting my life back on track and pursuing my dreams

And I will say that though I've drafted lots of things (goals) to achieve but me saying that I have achieved all of it would be an understatement, but I'm very much proud to say that I have achieved 40% of it and I hope to achieve more next year which is the upcoming 2024

The Most Memorable Experience That Inspired Me

The most memorable experience that really got me inspired this year happened some months ago in early April, I didn't even plan for it I was hopeless though my only hope was on the steemit platform

So one day I went to charge my phone in a near by petrol station so my phone was charging then all of a sudden one guy saw me and asked me to look after his phone for him that he's coming.

So I said no problem, after some time he came back and said thank you bro, then as he was leaving he stop and ask if I would be interested in a job, then I said yes. And that was how I got link up into being the shop manager I am today.

And it really got me inspired because I wasn't even expecting it, and I didn't even see it coming, so I was wow at the same time very happy and just like that I'd tried my best to make the best out of the year 2023 and I hope to achieve more next year 2024
