Assalamu Alaikum to all. How are all my friends and my well wishers. I am already going to participate in a competition. The topic of the competition is (Buying a House first or a car first, which is better?) I found the topic of this competition very interesting. So I became very interested to participate in this competition. I first inform the owner of this contest @sahmie. I definitely think that in life the house comes first before the car. Because we all need a roof over our heads and a place to live. If there is a tin roof above the head, or a fenced roof or a thatched roof, that is our primary residence.All the happiness and peace of life is in one house. Which we don't get if we have a car. Cars can be a hobby in people's lives but not a necessity. I think if we have even a tin house in our lives, it is peace. But it will be considered as own. There is no place where you feel happiness from your own home. If I buy a car from someone's house, I don't have a place to keep that car. That car has to be kept at another's residence.

So first you need a house, you need a house, then you can buy a car and keep it in your own residence. Cars and people are necessary in life but not more so than houses. I also have a passion for a car in my life but the most important thing I think in my life is that I have a house. When I own a house I will have the opportunity to buy a car and keep it in my house. Again, I have a very fond of a black car. If God ever gives me the ability, I will fulfill this hobby of mine. But before that, I think that if the creator makes me a roof over my head, I will be very grateful to him. All the happiness, comfort, sorrow and pain of my life will be confined inside that house. These days Uber is more like Habijabi, the facility is available like own car. Then there are many options such as bus, term, auto, train, bike. If you have a car, besides the damage of the car, fix that, tomorrow Mobil, today there is a strike at the pump, no parking, if you don't know how to handle the police case yourself, the driver and his various salaries and bonuses.

All in all the car is still running. But the house is not running. Nothing can be done on our own in a rented house but we return home for the safest and most comfortable feeling. The balcony in the rental house may be small east facing but you want south balcony. If we come after the gate closes at 11 o'clock, we are called as if we have committed a great crime. Don't go on the roof, don't water the balcony, don't water the flower plants, water falls on the flat below, these excuses and complaints keep coming. I will have my own home, I will have freedom as per my own plans, and I will have peace of mind. Be it small or big house. This is my personal opinion before it depends on your surroundings.

But think about it, maybe at three o'clock in the morning if my mother is sick and I don't get any car to take her, then I will not be allowed to sit in the house made by my mind and abuse me. So I think the first thing in life is home. I hope you like my opinions, I will be happy if you like my post. You like my success.
