It has a range of benefits for skin care because of its properties.
However , used it carefully due to its alkaline nature. If we can overuse then it will disrupt the natural pH balance of the skin. These are some benefits for Skin:

• Baking soda reduces minor irritation. It also reduces itching , pain and redness. It is suitable for skin care.

• It acts as a skin soother. It is great for skin care. It is a natural exfoliant. It is also used for teeth whitening.

• It can help in the prevention of dark spots. Because it contains bleaching properties. It can help fade away black marks.

• It can act as a scrub. It removes dead skin cells. It makes the skin shinier. It is good for skin whitening.

• It is best for preventing soothe inflammation and mild pain. Regular usage of baking soda can give an equal ton to the skin.

• It is beneficial for skin because of its anti bacterial properties.

• It is used to remove dead skin cells. It is a great source to reduce dark spots. It is also useful in preventing blackheads.

• It makes our face feel fresher and brighter. It is not just used in kitchen it is also used as beauty product.

I will tell you the easiest and quickest remedy for whitening. We use baking soda and half lemon for this remedy. Lemon , honey and aloe vera gel is mostly common used in homemade remedies.

Ingredients Required

• One table spoon baking soda

• Half lemon

How to make this remedy ?

Add one table spoon of baking soda into a beautiful bowl. Then squeeze the half lemon juice into it. Mix it well. Mix it very well untill it becomes a paste. Because mixing is the important step.

Steps :

• Apply this paste onto your face. And massage on it with polite hands for two to three minutes. Left it after massage about ten minutes. After required time wash your face with water. Dry it and apply rose water on the face. Only use once in a week this remedy.

I apply this paste on my mother's hand.
