Assalam O Alaikum dear friends! Today I am here for taking part in this contest. This contest is about our skin and hair care. Rose water is natural rhing which has many advantages but, In this contest I will share with you how rose water play important role to care our skin and and hair for making it more beautiful and glowing. The other name of rose water is Arq e Gulab. I invite to all my steemit friends to read my this post. Rose water have many benefits for both skin and hair care:

For skin

• The famous benefit of Rose water is hydration. Rose water helps to hydrate and moisturize the skin. It is beneficial for all types of skin, sensitive and dry skin.
• Rose water acts like anti-inflammatory for our skin: It can help soothe irritated skin and reduce redness.
• It prevent acne and help to balance pH.
• Rose water enrich with antioxidant that can help to protect the skin from damage which is caused by free radicals.
• The amazing benefit of rose water is cleansing. Mostly it used like gentle cleanser to remove dirt and oil from the skin.
• It functions like a kind of organic astringent, constricting pores and toning skin to give it a renewed appearance.

• Many people used rose water as a Conditioning for hair. Rose water can be used like natural conditioner to help soft and moisturize hair.
• It used as antibacterial functioning that can help to maintain a healthy scalp by removing dandruff and soothing irritation.
• Rose water can improve blood circulation to the scalp, and also promote hair growth and stop hair fall.
• The pleasant scent of rose water can leave hair smelling fresh and fragrant for 24 hours.
  Daily use of rose water can make shine and luster to dull hair.

Rose Water Face Toner

Sr	ingredients	Quantity
1	Fresh Rose petals.	One cup
2	Distilled water	enough to cover petals
3	Strainer	1
4	Spray bottle	1

Steps

1. Take fresh rose petals and wash it well with cleans water.
2. Place the rose petals in a pot and pour distilled water over them to cover completely.
3. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on low heat for about half an hour or until the petals lose their colour and the water turns into a pinkish hue.

1. Remove the pot from stove and let it cool completely.
2. When it cooled, strain the rose water into a clean spray bottle, discarding the rose petals.
3. Your homemade rose water toner is ready to use!
4. To apply, spray the rose water toner onto a cotton pad and gently swipe it across your face and neck after cleansing.
5. Use thos rose water toner daily as part of your skincare routine to hydrate, refresh, and tone your skin naturally.
