Hello friends, how are you, I hope everyone is fine, I am also fine, in fact, every day something happens in people's lives, I will try to present some beautiful moments of my day through post, without further ado, let's start.

Friends came from home to do the first office today. And attended a training today. The training is being conducted by SMS Buying House which is basically third party. And two days long training session and I am as participant. And this training will be conducted only for the management people and the main topics of this training are complaints. Today's all-day training station is based on the different types of grievances in the factory and at what level the grievances can be worked on. Because the complaint is actually how to eliminate the various art techniques will be taught in today's training.

Friends, you can see that all the management level have come to the training and already started the training. I took a selfie during the training and shared it with you. Actually the training topics were very interesting. And learned a lot of new things today that I didn't know before. Actually training means learning something new and I join any training with great enthusiasm. Because training means I can learn something new and get acquainted with something new. Today's training on this complaint will increase my knowledge a bit and I can use it in my work life.

Friends break us for a light snack after continuous training by the trainer. You can see curd sweets and singara as today's breakfast items. We all had a lot of fun eating curd sweet and singara. In fact, taking a break after continuous training and eating some light food brings peace to the mind and energy to the body. And training helps to focus.Today's training was about management level. So all our management members were present here. And during the breakfast break we were discussing various topics. And talking about training topics.

At the end of the training, the trainer asks us to write down how the training went today and what can be updated in the training and what went wrong. As you can see we were given a large paper and divided into two teams. In our team our Deputy Manager Madam Ooni was in charge of writing and we all were assisting her. And we have presented through this writing various topics of today's training. And what we wrote we had to present again in front of the board. Actually the entire training session was very fun today and I got through today's training with lots of laughs, jokes and learning points. You can see what we have mentioned here that we have written on the board and presented to everyone.

Friends you can see here I got a pen gift. In fact, the trainer asks to write on various topics after the training. And after writing he himself was asking various questions from what was discussed today inside the training. And he was rewarding the correct answerer at his own expense. He gifted me a pen because I answered a question correctly. Which really made me very happy. In fact, all the management was present and it was a matter of great pride for me to receive the award inside. And I want to thank him for such a nice training.

Friends you can see here the trainer is being gifted a good quality pen by our authority management. And this pen was bought by our office peon during training. And our management is very satisfied with today's training discussion and thanks him a lot and gift a pen. Really today's training was very interesting and learned a lot from today's training. Which I can use again in future days of working life. In fact complaints can create huge problems in a factory. So he has taught us today about the different methods of eliminating complaints. Which I really like.
