Hello friends, how are you, I hope everyone is fine, I am also fine, in fact, every day something happens in people's lives, I will try to present some beautiful moments of my day through post, without further ado, let's start.

Friends, today is the first day of 2025. So you can see all the workers in our factory wearing different new dresses. You will notice that each line makes different dresses that look really nice. In fact, workers work in factories throughout the year and get very little leave. So they try to dress like themselves whenever they get any occasion. In fact, their life is like a captive bird. Everything revolves around this factory and they spend more time in the factory than at home. So their case really saddens me from inside. I am really happy to see that they have come in new dress today and I like it very much. And today I have checked their pros and cons.

Friends, you can see that different parts of our factory have been decorated on the occasion of the first day of 2025. You can see here the cutting section decorated with balloons. Various other parts are arranged but I took the picture of the cutting section and shared it with you. I told you earlier that workers work here all day so they consider this place dearer than their homes. So they try to organize themselves and the factory everywhere when they get an offer. I like that very much. And I sincerely thank all the workers for keeping this factory beautiful.

Friends, our factory has been receiving a large number of complaints for the past few months which has become a cause of concern to our management. And these complaints are mostly going to the customers we have. So our management decided to make a board with our own numbers. You can see here we have created a board called our trust. And put it in various places on the floor. So that all the workers are assured of this number and if there is any complaint, they report it to this number without informing the customer. Because complaints are not good for any factory. The more complaints the factory has, the fewer customers there are.

Friends went to visit a factory near us today on the occasion of New Year. And had a brief courtesy call with the fire safety officer there. And had tea for a long time talking about their factory and our factory. In fact, he is a very nice person and I like talking to him a lot. And I took a picture in front of the elevator when I arrived and shared it with you. In fact, even though there is a factory next to it, many times we do not meet due to busy schedule. So on the first day of the year I tried to meet him and spend some time talking.

Friends, since today is the first day of the year, it is not without eating a little good food. So you can see I have bought Katchi Birani from the market today as dinner. And the shop from where I bought the kacchi birani is the most famous shop in the area and this shop is called Haji Birani House. This Haji Birani House shop has a lot of reputation. And there are many locals here to sample their dishes. But the price of food is a little high because many people come to eat here with their families on the first day of the year.Today there is a lot of momentum to buy Birani. And the shops were very crowded and the prices were very high. But their food is very tasty. I have bought food from here before.
