How many times a day do you brush your teeth to keep them clean?

Teeth are an important part of our mouth. As the saying goes, if you don't have teeth, you can understand the meaning of teeth. Besides, the smile of people's face is beautiful because of the teeth. And to keep these teeth clean, we usually brush them with some products. People usually brush their teeth every day. However, in the case of tooth brushing, if you brush according to some rules, the teeth will be healthy or good.

From my experience I mean there are many people who usually only brush once a day or night. But it's wrong, everyone should brush twice a day and night. For example, brushing your teeth after eating at night before going to bed and brushing your teeth after eating in the morning. And accordingly I usually brush my teeth.

Your favorite toothpaste for cleaning teeth?

There are various companies' products available in the market for brushing or cleaning the teeth. However, I have used several types of products. Currently I am using Medit Plus DS toothpaste and I am benefiting. Mediplus is made in our Bangladesh and its market price is 135 taka with steam price 3. Although it's price is less compared to the original but the product is good. I usually use this toothpaste twice a day and night. Due to this my teeth are not having any kind of problem and I can eat everything normally or have no toothache. And these two times I usually brush for two to three minutes. Because excessive time or repeated brushing damages the gums. As many people do not brush their teeth according to the rules, various problems occur in their teeth.
