The diary game|| Foody day with my love once 4/1/25||

Assalamu alaikum friend I hope all of you good by the grace of all mighty I am also fine alhamdulillah today I come again in community you share my diary post in #steamfashionandstyle community. Well friends in today is the day is full of yummy delicious food prepared by me and my daughter also made cookies cake in my supervision so guys share about the yummy food activities of the day in my today's blog I hope you are being with me tell end...

Today was off day of my hubby from their work it means we whole day enjoying the delicious food that would cooked by me or from market 😋😋 , actually my husband is food lover and enjoy their holiday with family lot of yummy food so the day started with the delicious kachori after long time I took usually we avoid because too heavy but today we loaded our tummy with hot and tasty Kachori with chickpea and potatoes gravy.

At lunch time I made Chicken biryani on my whole family request.As you all knew that he process of making biryani is little bit long but my family happiness never everything for me my steemit friend wants to know the recipe of biryani so in my blog I share here the recipe of that in short way .By first finely cut the onion and fried it in oil till it's would turned into golden colour.

Added chicken pieces and ginger garlic paste and saute them completely now it's time to incorporate spices if you don't have complete spice you also added biryani masala that easily available at market.when chicken tender added green chillies, tomatoes and coriander leaves and off the flame ,on the next step boiled the rice and strained it now assembling the chicken and rice layers one by one At top added liquid food orange colour and covered it for 15 minutes on low flame .

After 15 minutes I mixed the rice and spich chicken very well and yummy aroma spreading out in your home and no need to say it's done the tempting aroma invite everyone one to enjoyed it .

At evening my daughter made tea for us my kids went on park for playing with there dad ,my daughter like to bake cake from Oreo biscuits ,it's very simple and quick recipe crushed all biscuits in bowl 🥣 then added milk one cup in 29 Oreo biscuits added one tbs of baking soda and mixed it well and placed in oven for 15 to 20 minutes and your cake is ready to eat ,kids back to home and they all three enjoyed the yummy cake made my her sister .I forgot to clicked the final look of the cake infact they finished all .... Just baked 😁😁.

After my Esha prays I watched my favourite drama serial mem sy mohhabbat on my mobile I really liked the light comedy show with good artists,after that I open my steemit account today whole day spent in kitchen so I never work on my second family,voted on some quality post and replied to notification and wrote today's diary blog and hit to bed .
