Life has many shades and it traps you in various conditions where you need to take decisions according to situation but usually people become confuse to make any final decision because head vs heart battle begins in making decisions.
Every situation is different from another one and it is not fixed to make decisions using same pattern. You need to understand what is right according to situation.
But people also says that heart always make wrong decision while head always make right decision. I think somewhere is right but still I must say we should not avoid that what does heart say on particular situation and then make any final decision that what is right or wrong?
I m very emotional person, I always listen my heart voice and that's why my wife always say I am fool because whatever decision I made using my heart, it became wrong and it impacts very bad in our life..

I always avoid head voice, and always follow to my heart voice. In 2002, my elder brother was fighting at house, he wanted to sell shop because he wanted full support. My head was saying that study is very important for my life but still I follow my heart's voice and I left my study and I ruined my career and my life too. If I would had been listen voice of my head so might be I would be at good place.
Generally heart voice make you emotionaland you can lost your mind to make difference between right and wrong.
Where as If you listen your head voice so may be people will think that you are rude but at final end you will be on right path and you will be able to save self life and may be other's life also.
