I am also very well by the grace of the great creator. @sahmie, moderator of the Steem Fashion&Style community, has organized a very nice contest. Basically it is a debate competition. However here are some questions. I present his proper discussion in my post. Let's begin then.
Do you think men and women face different challenges in their daily lives? What are some examples? |

Human life is meant to be challenging. Be it male or female. We all have a challenging life. We have to go through various challenges constantly. Challenges must be accepted to survive. Every field has challenges. Our challenging life starts from birth. And it is important to have the courage to accept this challenge. Both men and women accept the challenge and survive. There are some important challenges for both men and women. From studies to work and family life. A man takes a big challenge in his life by going to work. On the other hand women and careers go through challenges in family life of reality.
In your opinion, do men have more freedom in their choices compared to women? Why or why not? |

In today's era, women and men are taking equal rights in every part of the world. That is, the world has given equal rights to women and men. But there are exceptions in some cases. Men get a bit more freedom when they go outside the family. Which is difficult to find in women. As men get more freedom to claim their rights as per their needs. Which is slightly different for women. Also, starting from marriage, men have more freedom than women in family life. But in all aspects, men and women get almost equal rights in the present era.
Are there areas where you think women have an advantage over men? What might those be? |

Maybe there are areas where women are more privileged than men. But I don't have full idea about that. But I know that in developed countries, women have more rights than men in the workplace. Also we have women rights in Bangladesh law. There is a quota for women in employment. I think these are more freedoms and privileges for women than men. And as a result, women are moving forward. Even in the field of education, women have advantages at present. Also there are some developed countries in the world where women's freedom is more.
What role do family responsibilities play in the lives of men and women? Is one gender expected to do more? |

Both men and women play important roles in family life. Men work hard for the family. After reaching adulthood, they go out into the workforce to earn their living and that of their family members. Hard work earns money and achieves success. Which plays an important role in making a family live a beautiful and comfortable life. On the other hand, the role of women is not less. They are also small at work. Also plays an important role in the family. They have the important responsibility of organizing a family and bringing up the children well. I think men and women complement each other in this regard. Their roles in family are equal and incomparable.
In conclusion, who do you think personally to have an easier life and why? |

I think human life is not easy. Both men and women have to struggle in life to survive. But if we have to give a personal opinion, women have a slightly easier life than men. I have a few reasons for this opinion. It is a man's lifelong struggle and toil for his family. Earns money and keeps everyone in the family well. On the other hand, women are no less. But they can live within the family depending on men if they want. And considering these aspects my opinion is given.
