Welcome to my this post .I start my day with namaz and QURAN and then went for the morning walk .It was a beautiful day i do some exercise in the open atmosphere of our town and then came back to home . After coming back to home i took my breakfast and went to shop. I have to done a lot of work there because the servant did not came i arrange the spray and seeds used in plants their and then after completing a lot of work i went to bazaar to buy some fruits .In bazaar i have taken the pictures of many fruits and vegetables you can see below and i also want to share the benefits of fruits and vegetables there .So the picture i have taken in my phone are following.
