With great delight am here to take part in the first week of season 21 learning challenge, i will love to appreciate @ashkhan for this interesting course that will help me see reasons daily exercise is important to various part of our body, so here is my assignment.
What's frozen shoulder?
Frozen shoulder is a rare condition that stiffen the shoulder joint accompanied with severe pain, this condition is common in people that are advanced in age with diabetes also with people that have kept their arm immobilized for a long period of time.
How would you diagnose a frozen shoulder? Any clinical investigation or assessment tests?
Frozen shoulder is accompanied with pain around the shoulder axis, so i will conduct a physical examination for the arm and shoulder moving the shoulder in all directions to observe the motion and to know if the movement is comes with pains.
To diagnose frozen shoulder clinically a penn orthopedic will be needed, this specialist will evaluate the system and examine the shoulder and the arm to assess the range of the motion and pain level, further test like X-rays may be required to ensure an accurate diagnosis.
Try to practice at least 3 exercises that you have learned from the lesson. Share images, gifs or videos while practising.
Share your review after performing these exercises either on healthy individual or patient.
This exercise looks simple but has a great health benefit to the shoulder muscles, i was sweating profusely after the three sessions i felt a great relief afterwards. For those with the case of frozen shoulder with time of active practices they may get a positive result it is also cost effective and can also be carried out even at the comfort of your home.

Yes i also love the fact that this exercise can be carried out anywhere comfortably its easy but very good for the muscle you can see how sweaty i was i got a great relief afterwards, you can try and see how good it is.

Task 1 (1.5/3)
You have shared little knowledge about frozen shoulder, you have to share about the second name of frozen shoulder that's adhesive capsulitis, it's type, phases and stages that make up easy to asses any patient. A more depth require to complete the answer. But I appreciate your effort.
Task 2 (2.3/3)
In the second question, you have share about the special tests, investigations to assess the patient with frozen shoulder. You share about the physical examination of shoulder by moving shoulder in different ranges, also perform X ray to final diagnose frozen shoulder. But you have to add the at least 1 or 2 special tests like speed test, yergason test, and many more. You answer this question well. Good.
Task 3 (4/4)
You try the scapula retraction, finger ladder, and cross body stretch in a good way. You perform them in correct positions. Remember always apply heating pad before performing these exercises. I appreciate your efforts.
Overall you made a good try to answer all the questions except question 1 as need more depth to answer completely. I appreciate your efforts. But next time try to avoid the above written suggestions.
