I would like to thank all Steemians for reading this article and request them to comment if they agree with me.
I would like to specially invite RESPECTED @the-gorilla @wakeupkitty @dove11 @kouba01 @inspiracion and @pennsif to read this article , and their strong frank comments on it.
Today it has been more than 2 years since I have been working on this platform, but I have never had any doubts about the working method or any rules of this platform. But now I don't know why it seems that the main managers of this platform are ready to change its form day by day. Because there are some questions that keep revolving in my mind but I am not able to find their answers.
1] When a new member is given membership badges only after following some rules, then such members who are not fulfilling these requirements should not have the right to write posts and get the curator's reward, because due to this other members are also becoming indifferent towards the rules and there is a flood of fake members on Steemit. And the newcomers are happily writing posts daily without fulfilling the rules of membership and they are also getting rewards.
2] Maybe club status was conceived so that the status of a member can be calculated according to it, earlier, members of club100, club75, or club5050 used to get votes according to their club status. But when there is no compulsion for it now, then why would anyone try to maintain his high club status. Due to this, the mentality of powering up is decreasing day by day.
3] If a member does a big powerdown, then he is not given any special warning or punishment, he is seen working again after some time.
4] In many communities, even if the entries sent by the members have not been verified/reviewed by any moderator, they still get votes from the curators, and also get booming. Many moderators mention the shortcomings of the author in their reports, but no one is reading them, nor do they seem to have any negative impact. Then why is there a need for any verification or review? Isn't this a waste of time?
5] Many members who used to write AI-generated articles or were doing plagiarism were banned by the seniors of the steemit team, but they become active again after some time. And build their reputation again. I do not want to get into controversies by writing anyone's name here.
6] Just a few months ago, 7 competitions were published every week, and the community and various members who conducted these competitions used to take full advantage of it, many members used to spend their entire week well due to these competitions, but since these teaching and training programs have started, only very knowledgeable members or those who take the help of Google can participate in them. Ordinary and common members are feeling deprived since the advent of these contests. Anyway, I have seen some members capable of writing on all topics like crypto, recipes, agriculture, physiotherapy, sewing clothes, repairing TV, electrical connections, bread, cake making etc. I don't think a person can be capable like this, ? That is why I feel that along with these teaching programs / clubs, some other contests should be organized as before in which common members can keep themselves busy.
If any senior feels bad with this article of mine, then I apologize in advance, but all these questions were arising in my mind for a long time, so I wrote through the "Suggestion Club Community" of this platform.
Thanks for reading my post, I pray to God for the progress and happy future of all Steemians.

Hi @sur-riti
Thank you for making suggestions.
I cannot give any useful answers on many of your points, but generally...
The more you power-up, the more you can earn from curating posts assuming you vote regularly.
In terms of contests and challenges you don't need to just wait for the ones organised by Steemit, @disconnect lists almost a hundred contests organised by the community in his daily compilation.
In Steem Atlas we review and moderate every single post (although we do have a backlog of a few days at the moment).

That's very thoughtful of you to have concerns for Steemit.
When I joined Steemit they had strict rules regarding newcomers verification and joining the club.
Did it ensure everything ran smoothly?
I don't think so because many Steemians powered down their steem before the market turned red.
I don't judge them for that because it was their hard-earned money.
Still powering down is a personal choice and their right over the money they made by investing their time.
I may had powered down if I were the breadwinner or simply here not for the long term.
The only reason I am here is because I enjoy writing and the idea of this platform. It does not make a living for us.
What do we get?
The market crashes, the backlash for powering down, and hopes that one day it will boom again.
Let's encourage organic content with flexible rules and regulations

For me also steemit is not a source of income, that is why I have never withdrawn a single rupee from it in my 30 months tenure, and I have a great passion for writing. That is why I am here. And as far as my livelihood is concerned, I have many businesses of my own, and I have a very good income from them. With this little income from steemit, I will not even be able to pay the salary of my servant.
Be happy and be cool your's paa ji

Exactly, or books shopping occasionally.
Steemit is just a productive hobby that can pay us in the future if crypto skyrockets.
Kind of long term investment it is🤗
P.S: i have reminded mehwish that your fans are missing you, hope she will come back soon.
