Das ist ein Schokokuchen, darauf ist ein Schokopudding und die weiße Masse ist Sahne, Puderzucker und Mascarpone :) Ich habe gemeint, die Größe passt schon, aber dann ist mir schlecht geworden, weil das zu viel war, weil dieser Kuchen eine echte Kalorienbombe ist.
Sahne hat 30 % Fett und Mascarpone hat 82 %
