Slandering and disseminating false information with the intention of damaging someone's reputation is a heinous act that is regarded as a crime in any civilized society

The world of social media can be a treacherous one. It's a place where reputations are made and broken in the blink of an eye. And unfortunately, there are some individuals who are all too eager to destroy someone else's reputation for their own selfish gain.

This is why it's important to have rules and regulations in place on platforms like Steemit to prevent such nefarious activities. But there's one crime that seems to go unnoticed - the spreading of false information and defamation.

It's not easy to build a good reputation on Steemit, and it's even harder to maintain it. And yet, there are those who are willing to throw it all away just to bring someone else down. This is simply unacceptable.

The act of spreading false information is a crime in and of itself. And yet, there are some who don't seem to understand this. They are willing to ruin someone's reputation for their own benefit, without any thought for the consequences.

As a sincere member of Steemit, I cannot condone such behavior. I believe in honesty and integrity, and I will not associate myself with anyone who engages in such activities.

Recently, I heard some false information being spread about one of my projects, @shy-fox. Apparently, it had been included in a bid-bot's list. But those who know me know that this is a complete lie.

Since 2021, I have been manually curating posts via @shy-fox. No one else has any delegation in this account. It's a completely free curation project, with no delegation rewards given to anyone. And yet, some people seem to think that it's a bid-bot.

This is simply not true. And anyone can use steemworld.org or any other tool to verify the authenticity of the information I've shared about @shy-fox.

I created @shy-fox two years ago by spending five million dollars of my own money. And I did it to support people for free. I never expected praise for it, but I certainly didn't expect false accusations either.

So let this be a warning to anyone who thinks they can spread false information and get away with it. Your actions will not go unnoticed, and you will be held accountable. Let's all work together to make Steemit a platform that values honesty and integrity above all else.
