@abb-curation delegation service migration

Hello , everyone. It's been almost 6 months since abb-curation started its delegation-based voting service. At this moment, 233 accounts delegate to the abb-curation delegation service. In the meantime, some of our delegators are complaining to us that they are not actually happy with the current voting process of abb-curation. From these perspectives, we are now changing the full process of the AB-curation voting system. We are changing the algorithm of the abb-curation bot. Below, I describe the new changes to the abb-curation service. With the new Voting system-

Upvote is Provided Once every 24 hours. The day started at (UTC+02:00). Don't worry about posting time.You can Post anytime Within this 24-hour period. And get a vote within 5 minutes after posting.
Minimum Delegation is set to 300 sp to prevent spam and also set the minimum content word.
A new blacklist system is added. those users who are blacklisted by abuse-watcher couldn't get an upvote from abb-curation.
A re-scanning system is added. Before the day closes, the bot rescans every delegator again, and if somehow the bot missed any delegator's post before, then an upvote would be done at that time. So now we have ensured that you will never miss an upvote from abb-curation service.

When New System Would be live?

We are planning to stop the current bot for 24 hours to recover recovering abb-curation account voting power to above 95%.
For This reason, the abb-curation Bot would be stopped At < b>. 23rd July 2023, 00:00:00 – 23:59:59, UTC+02:00
From 24th july 00:00:00 we will start our new service.

Previously presented the issue in hangout. Votes were read after half an hour or 15 minutes after posting, thus the voting service would degrade over time. Updates will now be polled quickly which is very important to us. It's very nice to know sweet, the vote will be held very soon.

Great job on the updates to the abb-curation delegation-based voting service! It's impressive to see that 233 accounts are currently delegating to abb-curation. I don't know if this helps, but here is how I solved missing votes problem for the services I developed(@jsup and @avle):

For all delegators(set U), keep track of those who received the vote(set A) and who didn't(set B)
After the day's end(23:59:59), check for any discrepancies(A + B = U)
Check everyone who didn't receive the vote(set B). If there is any missing vote, fix it.
Update and initialize sets U, A, and B for the next day.
From the start of the day(00:00:00), check the delegators' posts and give votes.

Actual algorithm is much more complex because of @jsup's additional features, but basically this is how I get the services working without missing votes.

Dada undoubtedly it's a great news for us. Abb-curation is a fantastic project. I hope who delegate to abb-curation ,they will be more happy now. I think delegators will increase rapidly for knowing this update. Thank you so much Dada for informing us such a great update.
