My greatest wish in the holy month of Ramadan is to pray five times a day. After the morning Fajr prayer, I will recite the Qur'an for a long time. As long as I am able to control myself. I will finish reading. I will raise my hands and pray to God for my parents, relatives, friends and friends who have passed away. My I will pray that there will be no unrest in the world. If possible, I will organize iftar for the poor and sad person who is fasting. I will fast all day and have iftar with my family. I will ask God for my life to fulfill my hope. Amin gave the opportunity to fulfill the request.
Would you like to give us some tips on how to fast all day?
Above all, to fast, you must commit yourself to praying. It is our daily physical exercise. In this Ramadan, those who have gastric problems must fast. Fasting is a fast that is one of the efforts to get rid of human diseases. It is very important for every Muslim brother and sister. If you want to fast, you have to eat before sunrise. Sehri can never be omitted.
  • Exercise as much as you can stomach and urinate at the right time.

  • First of all, you need to understand whether you are physically or mentally ready to fast.

  • If you want to fast, you have to eat and drink from sunrise to sunset.

  • Be careful not to cut your hands and feet in any way, which is very important for a fasting person.

  • The consumption of fatty foods should be reduced, which is seriously harmful to the human body.

  • Follow the golden rule of one third of the Prophet which we have learned from our elders or teachers.

  • You can eat something like healthy sauce. There is no harm to the body, food is not wasted.

  • Walk after Iftar. It will help your digestion. Body will save energy.

  • Pray Taraweeh. It is a great blessing for a fasting person.

  • Take a nap in the afternoon. Then you can set the alarm on your mobile and take a nap. But you can't stay asleep for too long.
