SEC S15W5|| "Dream of becoming a Steem Representative (SR)"

When I talk about my background efforts to get elected as a STEEM representative then these would be several.I would show my personal qualifications,my personal talents whatever I have,my creativity at steemit that has been at steemit and my overall history and most important the steps I have taken for showing my dedication to steemit like I am currently dedicated to steemit by continuously being in #club5050 and by using #burnsteem25 because I always send my 25% rewards from my each post to null as well as I am playing a role also in guiding several users being a moderator if someone asks from me any time anything so this is a way in which I am making my steemit background much stronger and dedicated towards the platform.

Not only that I always try to manage maximum of my time to show my reasonable and meaningful engagement with other users because I know steemit importance being a social media platform and I always try to engage other users with me also by continuously organizing contest each week and by announcing winners at right time and still there are two active contest going on and one is about self-care and other is about giving a gift hamper to Sc01 and Sc02 so both are interesting and first one is promoting education of heath and second one is promoting an interesting creative activity most probably so in this way I am also playing my role in showing my contribution to make platform full from creative and mindful users.

When I move towards another aspect then it is important for getting elected as a STEEM representative that you should know about STEEM and steemit basics at least so honestly speaking I was not much perfect in my knowledge about cryptocurrencies and blockchain but now I am able to enhance my knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrency and that is all due to my participations which I always made in cryptoacademy every week and sometimes I get exhausted also while learning about new topics but when I understand concepts then I enjoy in sharing my participation and in this way I'm also becoming a source to guiding people about my knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain every week in a unique and different topic.

Finally I would love to receive support of my fellow steemians to support my application through meaningful comments and upvotes so that it would enhance my chance to get elected as a STEEM representative. So that was all about some of my points that I would keep in my mind while giving my application to elect as STEEM representative as well as some of the most important reasons due to which I want to become a STEEM representative.

Being a STEEM representative is not like a game because STEEM representative means a person who is representing STEEM and steemit and that's why there are different important duties and responsibilities they have that I am explaining below;

Community Engagement

STEEM representatives always have duty to show their contribution in the form of community engagement because their duty actively engage with the steemians in different ways like;

• They should always participate in important discussions going on at the platform about anything (About any new proposal for steemit betterment or any new project,new initiative and innovative ideas).

• STEEM representative should be very active in responding the answers of steemians which they are asking from them.(Could be help about working at steemit of could be other questions about steemit).

• STEEM representative should be vigilant about newcommers especially and should engage with them if they need any guidance.

• STEEM representative in this way is just like a bridge that is responsible for connecting steemians to the steemit platform.

Content Curation

STEEM representatives responsibility is to curate content of steemians on the base of quality of their post which includes their wording, their grammar which they are using and their overall presentation in the post as well as their to the point discussion related to their title.In this way they become helpful in making the quality post more visible and their creators more visible as a result and as a fruit of their efforts.

STEEM representatives should also downvote plegrized content or that which is generated by AI so that they may play their role in discouraging those users who are trying to manipulate the system and who are playing with the betterment of the platform.

Advocacy and Support

STEEM representatives are also responsible for advocating needs of users that are working at this platform and needs could be in the form of guidance so responsibility of a STEEM representative is also to provide support and guidance to users who are new especially so that they would play a role in helping new users to navigate this platform.

Platform Development

STEEM representatives also have there responsibility to show their proper contribution for the development and innovative and improvement ideas for the betterment of this platform and overall blockchain and for this purpose they should provide valuable feedback they should propose new features that could be helpful for the users at platform and in this way they should over all try to enhance that experience of users.

Community Building

STEEM representatives should show that they are playing their role in building the steemit community more stronger day by day by organising and participating in different contest and events and in different discussions that are innovative and for the enhancement of the platform and should try to introduce those initiatives that could be helpful for bringing users of this platform together and in this they should encourage the collaboration at this platform.

How do the duties and responsibilities of a Steem Representative differ from a community admin/mod on the Steemit platform?

Duties and responsibilities of STEEM representative and community admins/mods have some of the similarities but there are also some of the major differences in their responsibilities and duties.If I say that STEEM representative is just like Prime minister and community admins/mods are like chief ministers then it would be wrong to say like that because STEEM representative is responsible for handling all these activities in a proper way that are going on at the platform but when we talk about community admins and moderators then they are just responsible for their specific community activities which they have.

First when I talk about community admins and moderators then they are responsible and they remain focused on moderating and enforcing the platform rules and guidelines as well as some of the specific protocols to their community members so that steemit team get satisfy through the community activities and may encourage the community admins and moderators regarding their activities.Community admins and moderators handle the content and try to monitor it continuously that are users producing content of high quality and free from plegrism in their community or not. If they see any kind of violation of their community rules and regulations then first of all they warn to that particular members and users and then they would give them punishment in the form of giving them label according to their rule violation. Not only this if they see a user which is very responsive in creating high quality content then they also encourage them with rewards.

When I talk about STEEM representative then scope of their responsibilities is much broader.STEEM representative never remains specific to a single community because as he is representative of platform so his duty is to maintain discipline in platform of every kind.STEEM representative try to engage with all users at the platform by actively commenting and responding on the comments of other people and by curating the content which day conceive that it is high quality content.STEEM representative on the other hand play their role in the contribution for the personal development of the platform and help to build the steemit community stronger.STEEM representative also plays great role in helping newcommers about their queries whatever they have about steemit.

Now I can say that community admins and moderators are just like a bridge between users and a particular community while STEEM representative is a bridge between users and steemit platform overall.

For me @kouba01 is best example as a STEEM representative because he always remained determined consistent and dedicated for the platform and for that reason he is a role model for all of us that he have enough amount of steem power but still he is not at power down and his past history at this platform is commendable that how he had made a lot of struggles behind achieving the position which he have currently and I wish to get same position like him very soon in the future so now I want to move forward about sharing his activities that how he is practically a best STEEM representative.

Additionally he is also discussing about his engagement activities that how he remain very active in engaging with users at this platform and giving guidance to them as well as how he remain active in responding to all those comments that users leave on his posts and at last he also wrote about his actions to carefully check any kind of plegrized and AI generated content for minimizing any kind of abuse from steemit.

We can also observe from the screenshot I have shared that how much @kouba01 is an active user being a STEEM representative because he have shown his dedication to the platform by continuously participating in different engagement challenges and contest organized by different users in this week and he have more than 5 active posts in a week as well as I can also say that his every post quality is really highly appreciateable.

If you are elected as an SR, apart from carrying out the main duties of the Steemit Team, what new things will you do to help the growth of the platform and users?

If I would be elected as an SR then first of all I would make a big celebration by cutting a cake hahaha 😂❤️ because it would be one of the most biggest dream and achievement of mine that I would fulfill and I would be able to achieve at that time so I think celebration is must for that event and that particular opportunity.

Now, on a serious note I would feel very excited and thrilled first of all for showing my contribution for the growth of this platform and for this I would implement different ways.

• First of all I would always focus on organising something in which there would be a lot of engagement of users and a lot of creativity. when I talk about type of challenges that I would love to organize would be relating to talent of each individual so that it would be the creation of interesting activity for visualizing the talent of users working at the platform.I would give some of my personal rewards to at least top 5 users which I would consider according to merit basis as well as I would also request any of Sc01 and Sc02 to support top three users from them because their votes would increase the participation of users and foster a sense of strong community.

• I would try to talk and collaborate with other fellow STEEM representatives and admins of different communities for the creation of sum of the most valid educational resources and tutorials for new users so that it becomes easy for every new user to learn about this platform easily and I would give a proposal that while verifying the achievement 1 of any newcommer ,the greeter who is verifying the achievement 1 should also share automatically the links of these educational tutorials and resources to that users so that they may read these educational tutorials carefully and be vigilant that how they should work at this platform and these tutorials should be on the base of previously asked queries by new users so it would be a great help for them and would make the platform more stronger as well as new user would also remain more attracted to the platform and more encouraged to work here.

• I would also remain very focused in promoting the diversity and inclusivity at steemit community and I would love to support content creators who would be from different areas and from different cultures and backgrounds because by supporting each and every user and culture we can make this platform more open and inclusive for everyone and I will be the source of making the platform more inclusive for everyone Inshallah...

• I would love to take an initiative of supporting all users by me personally and for this I would only announce in one of my post that I am going to vigilantly observe activities of each and every user(No matter user is new or old) and the one who would be the best engaged and who would produce high quality as well as quantity of his comments and posts in one month I would select that users and it would be just two that would receive special prizes from me.From my personal rewards I would give 10 STEEM to both users after every month and not only this if I see that users experience and engagement is going to improve day by day through my this initiative then I would definitely request to Sc01 and Sc02 to support them by selecting any of their post each month so my behind purpose for dis initiative would be to encourage the participation of users at this platform in terms of not only the quantity but also in terms of quality because I prefer quality more than quantity.

For now that was all about some of the proposals and some of my initiative and responsibilities that I would like to fulfill if I would be elected as STEEM representative soon.So at last I request you all to support me through your prayers 🤲.....
