Hello beloved steemian wherever you are.

Welcome back to the Indonesian Steem Community page. For the 5th week challenge we have prepared an interesting theme and we are sure it is very familiar to all users of the Steemit platform. Short review

We know that Steem representatives are selected steemians who have proven track records as users who have high loyalty, consistency and long-term commitment to Steem. Yes! not all steemians can represent or be selected for Steem Representatives unless they really have high consistency as we mentioned above, because the function and duties of an SR are not only to help educate and motivate steemians in their country but to represent all platform users. They are also user figures who are able to provide constructive and informative comments to help users improve their posts and activities on the platform.

Steem representatives must also vote regularly, be more prominent in posts, have in-depth knowledge of Steem, be willing to provide advice and guide all steemians.

What is our hope in this challenge?

• Do you want to become one of the Steem Representatives? Why and what were your efforts to get elected?
• Mention some of the duties of a Steem Rep that you know and what is the big influence on the growth of steemians and the platform?
• How do the duties and responsibilities of a Steem Representative differ from a community admin/mod on the Steemit platform?
• Give one example that you think the duties of an SR really help the Steemit Team for the growth of the platform and users, both for the country and globally. (You are allowed to take a screenshot of one of SR's activities, either post or comments narrative and include the link)
• If you are elected as an SR, apart from carrying out the main duties of the Steemit Team, what new things will you do to help the growth of the platform and users?

• Make sure you are in a minimum club status of club5050

• Images must be your own or include the source if using copyright-free images.
