Coconut water is the fluid or liquid that is usually found in coconuts whenever we cut open them. The fluid found in coconuts is different from the coconut milk that is prepared from coconut water and grated coconut itself.
Coconuts water is somehow sweet and has a nutty flavor. It also contains low sugar and calories level. Coconut water is good to be taken especially after intense exercise or training.

The electrolytes of sodium, magnesium, and potassium contained in coconut water can aid in hydration during intense exercise or training.
Coconut water is low in calories: coconut water, unlike the other fruit drinks which contain a high amount of calories, carbs, and sugar, coconut water contains lower calories levels.
