Assalamualaikum. I am Saifullah Mansur. I hope you are all well. Even though I'm going through a lot of bad times, Alhamdulillah, I'm fine. How I do my physical care today. I will give you an idea about my physical care.

Every day I wake up in the morning and walk for 1 hour. I think it is very beneficial for my body. Many great doctors have said that if you follow these rules, there is no chance of becoming diabetic. The body stays fit. I see if for some reason I can't walk in the morning. The next time i feel bad about myself. So I do regular walks.



Every morning when I wake up I eat 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of Black caraway on a stale stomach. Black caraway are a food that is very beneficial for health. Black caraway constantly protect our body from various diseases. Since ancient times, Black caraway have been used in various ways to increase immunity. Black caraway contains vitamins B, protein, iron and many other elements which are very important for our body. I eat Black caraway with my daily diet.



The benefits of honey cannot be overstated. Honey is a food that is very beneficial for our body. As much as honey is delicious to eat, its benefits are many. Honey boosts the body's immune system in large quantities. Reduces the risk of heart disease. Hymns help a lot to reduce. Contributes immensely to keep the stomach healthy.



This is how I start my morning .If you are in good health.You can have fun doing anything. If everyone walks in the morning and walks according to the rules, everyone's body will be much better and there will be no disease easily.
