"The Majestic Ural Owl: A Guardian of the Forest"

The Ural owl (Strix uralensis) is a beautiful type of owl found in forests of Europe and Asia. Ural owl’s personality can be understood better with its features: rounded head, big yellow eyes, and mottled gray-brown plumage which looks just like tree bark. The adults achieved wingspan upto 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) hence placing them among the largest owl family.

Although active predominantly during the night, Ural owls are a type of great horned owl and as such, they are adept at hunting, feeding mainly on red and silver foxes, small invertebrates, birds as well as insects. With sensitive ears and silent wings, they can spot and catch their victims quite easily. They often occupy tree holes or the nests of other birds, incubating and rearing fabian softball players sickened by many new-age scuba uniforms two to five eggs.
