First of all, if I were manager, I would look for a recognized center-back who has the height to win in the air. That player would be Matthijs de Ligt, a 21-year-old center back who played for Ajax in the Netherlands. He is currently at Juventus FC, Italy.

The Juventus player shows qualities such as aerial play, precise touch of the ball, strength and communication with his goalkeeper.

So, I would like to see in Matthijs de Ligt, new qualities, such as, for example, security when coming out to play, hitting the ball well with both feet and having attitude and commitment in every game (sometimes I see him off)-
