English Manchester United, Manchester City, Tottenham, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal, Spanish Barcelona, Atletico, and Real Madrid and Italian Milan, Inter, and Juventus will be part of the Super League.
The president of Real Madrid, Florentino Perez, would become the head of the Super League. Andrea Agnelli of Juventus and Joel Glazer of Manchester United are the vice presidents.
The new tournament will feature about 20 teams, 15 of which will be fully eligible and the rest will go through qualification.
Earlier in UEFA opposed the creation of a soccer Super League, commenting that all clubs involved in this project will be disqualified and will not be able to play in any other tournaments, and will be forbidden for players of these teams to play for the national teams.
