Hello football lovers,
I will be sharing with you today what seems to be a lie in the media about the France International Paul Pogba
Paul Pogba has denied reports that he has a falling out with Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as a result of his red card in the 5-0 loss to Liverpool.
The 28-year-old was a surprise omission from the starting lineup, but he had a dreadful second-half cameo.
It was quiet clear that he was at fault for the Reds' fifth goal of the afternoon and was then shown the red card for a nasty challenge on Naby Keita, bringing his 15-minute stint on the Old Trafford turf to an end but hving said that I beleive that tackle was not internsional but as a result of desperation and pressure.
Pogba allegedly apologized to his teammates for leaving them a man short against their bitter rivals, but then refused to speak to Solskjaer, according to a Sun report.
Pogba, on the other hand, has dismissed the story, calling it "big lies to make headlines" on Twitter.
After Sunday's disaster against Liverpool, Solskjaer is under a lot of pressure. Man United's poor form has continued this season, and the Red Devils' manager is on the verge of resigning after a 4-2 loss to Leicester City.
Pogba spoke out after the defeat, saying that he and his teammates 'deserved to lose,' and that 'change' was needed to get Man Utd's season back on track.
Pogba stated, "We deserved to lose." "To tell you the truth, we've been playing games like this for a long time. We haven't figured out what's causing us to concede easy, stupid goals.
"We need to be more mature, play with more experience, and have a healthy amount of arrogance. We must find something, and we must change."
Despite being widely regarded as one of the squad's most talented players, Pogba found himself on the bench against Liverpool after those words. He was thrown on with the game already lost at 4-0 at halftime, but his red card on the hour-mark ensured that the result would be miserable.
With Antonio Conte open to taking over as manager, Solskjaer's position in the dugout is in jeopardy. Man United, on the other hand, appear to be giving their coach one final chance, beginning with a match against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday evening.
