CAN UNITED TIE DOWN PAUL?

The future of the highly rated midfielder, Paul Pogba has been a concern to most football lovers around the world.
The Man United academy graduate, after his success in the Italian League playing for Juventus returned to his boyhood club at a world record fee of around £89m.

Ever since, he has been one prolific midfielder for both club and nation. The french world cup winner is currently preparing for the upcoming season but his refusal to accept a new contract offered by Manchester United has caught the attention of many clubs.

However, PSG looks favorite to sign the versatile midfielder. Rumours around says his agent, Mino Raiola, has already entered into negotiations with PSG over a possible move for his player. The fear of his current club losing the player for free next season may force an agreement between both clubs which will however not be less than £50m, I'm sure. I really hate that Raiola guy by the way.

For a long period, the transfer of Paul Pogba has dominated the headlines of many sports papers. Barcelona and Real Madrid were among the contenders who sought for his signature in the previous transfer windows but are currently out of the chase for the 28 year old french man. After his stunning performance earned him a place in the just ended Euros team of the tournament, Pogba is still not seen as an ideal candidate for most PSG fans after they recently protested against his possible signing. The 2017 Europa player of the tournament could return home but is he near???

If the newly offered contract by United is accepted by Paul and his agent, it will be a huge boost for Ole and his team as we are clearly aware of how incredible Paul's pair with the inform midfield sensational, Bruno Fernandes, has been since his arrival in England. Paul forms an integral part of the club's restructuring and his stay could be extremely crucial for his boyhood side.

I know some United fans could care less about whether Paul stays or not. There has been times I didn't like him too. I thought he was too self-centred and never focused on the goals of the club. But from what I heard, he was just frustrating the board so he could be sold. The position he played never suited him, there were racist abuses and all that. But as all United fans know, when Pogba plays his favourite attacking position, he's a beast. He's simply good at it. Any Striker would love to have Pogba behind him because his passing accuracy is one of the best so far.

Another ability he is attributed to is his defensive capabilities in the midfield area. When he's on the ball, it is difficult to get it back and when he's out to get ball, he conquers most take-ons. This is probably why he connects well with Ngolo Kante and Blaise Matuidi in the French midfield.

The strength

Bruno Fernandes has also made things better for United as a whole and Pogba. I just know with the addition of Sancho and prospective signings of defenders, Pogba will shine like he always has.

For me I think selling Pogba this summer will be the best thing for United. Since joining united there hasn’t been a season where he hasn’t had these ill comments. I love Paul but the wages he’s seeking is something that wouldn’t help United as a team. He’s not worth 400-450k/w. There are better players like Kros, Modric and many more who take below him but still play better. For me I think is best we sell him so we all can get peace of mind.

His wage demands are outrageously high obviously. But I feel every player's got the motive for playing. It's a fantasy for some and a money making business for others. If the club is willing with spoil him with that amount, I think we haven't got much of a say in that.
Plus, he can be good, real good if given the space.
But just like players come and go, Pogba's departure wouldn't really come as a surprise to me and I really feel the one who will replace him will be better and more focused than Pogba
Either way, I'm cool... can't complain 🤐🤐😴

Sincerely i like paul, but defensively he is very poor cause he normally makes costly mistakes.

But overall he is a good player and i will love to see him join Juventus.
I think he would be better there.

He just wants a better contract is all

Oh yh he does, but he also makes these mistakes in the france team.

Pogba is truly a world class talent out there buddy.

Right now his future at Man United is questionable but most fans would like to see him play there.

Either way, I think the future looks bright for him.

He's just being the Pogba we've always known

I believe he'll fit in well at PSG. That move will give him the chance to win titles

😊😊😊 sure

great player
