The Revenge all United fans were waiting for.

The first match between Manchester United and Tottenham in the first half of the season didn't really go so well with the supporters of Manchester United.
The match started quite well for United as they got an early penalty which was brilliantly scored by their "magician " , Bruno Fernandes. But the excitement lasted for less than 3 minutes when Tanguy Ndombele equalised the scores for Tottenham Hotspur. About 3 or 4 minutes later, Son also added another goal to Tottenham's side after a brilliant assist from Harry Kane. These two players were really heated at the beginning of the season (not so much now like in the beginning); it's either one assisted and the other scored. Harry Kane has 19 goals and 13 assists with Son having 14 goals and 9 assists in the Premier League.
So the round 4 tie between these two giant teams were basically on the shoulders of Kane and Son. They really trashed United.
And somehow the United supporters felt they'd been robbed after Martial got a straight red during a corner. Lamela touched or hit him first but Martial didn't fall but he hit him back which resulted in Lamela faking a serious injury ; Martial was sent off after a VAR check. That made all the difference. The match ended 1:6, United lost bitterly at home.

Most United fans were anxious about the second clash between the teams, they(we) were afraid Tottenham would win again and also bring the remarkable away wins records of United to an end.
This match was fiercer than the first one played earlier. You could see the zeal and vindictiveness in the manner United played.
United felt robbed again after their 33rd minute goal was disallowed by the referee and a foul given instead. Mctominay was holding the ball but tried to free himself from Son but instead hit his eye, much attention wasn't really given to that until Pogba nutmegged a defender to provide a beautiful assist to Cavani who also nutmegged the keeper and scored a screamer. Two nutmegs...that's something!
The Var checked and the goal was not allowed.

Cavani even out of fury and feeling of being robbed on reacted badly after a clash with a defender, which resulted in a yellow card for him. All United fans were thinking of now was "you guys dare not get another red card!" , because the match was really fierce and any red card taken by any side would result in a fatal loss.
The disappointing feeling for United got worse after Son scored in the 40th minute.

The first half ended in a win for Tottenham with Mctominay and Cavani being yellow-carded.
The second half started quite well for United, even better than the first. The two teams pressed well. Fred passed the ball to Cavani who almost scored if not for the keeper's brilliance, but the ball only bounced back for Fred to do a nice a tap in, GOAL! (yeah, that's what I'm talking about ).

Both teams got their own fair share of chances but United made use of most of them. Mason Greenwood
came on for Rashford. He gave an assist to Cavani who scored with a nice header( we all felt satisfied now); he had really strived to get a goal.

United fans had gotten the revenge they had waited for in a long time, it's always a great feeling. Well, the match ended with a lot of yellows, and good performances from both Keepers. I think the man of the match was Mason Greenwood, he did really well; made a great impact after he came on.
United is still 2nd on the league table with 63 points; Tottenham is 7th with 49pts.
