Mostly this was a tactical game defined by two mistakes. The first half saw a slightly better Liverpool who had more control and a better attacking intention, Inter nevertheless were able to control them and this led to quite a boring game, not many chances and basically both teams were playing the same thing.
The second half on the other hand showed a much more insistent and dangerous Inter who had an almost complete control of the midfield for the first thirty minutes, but they were prone to fall in the off side trap too often. And as happens in these type of games Liverpool had a counterattack, got a corner and Firmino beat his mark and just slightly headed the ball down to the other corner. After this of course the game changed, a desperate Inter tried to score but another small mistake led to Salah's goal.
Seems like this one is settled, but of course surprises always happen in football. Like for example I was surprised with Salzburg who didn't beat Bayern because they conceded a very late goal, Bayern should win at home, a draw would complicate them as it would mean extra time and maybe penalties.
