For years Russia has been denouncing that Ukraine hosts biological research laboratories financed by the USA. Up to now all Western media and intelligence services and fact checking web sites like Snoop.com have scoffed at these allegations as conspiracy theories.
In the video above Victoria Nuland confirms there are biological research facilities in Ukraine and that there are fears the Russian military can gain access to whatever this research is. Now there are a couple of obvious questions to be asked here, for example: Why has the US denied up to now the existence of these facilities. Also, I can understand the MSM and online sites and blogs not having the correct information, but intelligence agencies like the British or French not knowing about it leaves just two answers, they didn't want the world to know about it, because there is probably something fishy about it, or they are completely incompetent. I go for the first scenario.
Now a biological research facility in itself is nothing to get paranoid about, they could be doing some cool, progressive positive research there, but the fact that they have been hiding it and are afraid the Russians might get it, makes me think nothing good was being researched there. One thing is certain Russian allegations of biological research facilities were certainly not conspiracy theories. Which is why you have to be kind of picky nowadays with believing what they are telling you.
