There is a lot to say about Cristiano Ronaldo and just when you think he won't be able to do as much as you'd expect due to his age, he keeps defying that age and what a player he is. A lot has been written that he is disrupting the peace of the team but what I can see now is that he is trying to push them all to his level but they are not willing to because they are contented with just being ordinary. This is an extraordinary guy who keeps defying common sense and breaking records.
Cristiano Ronaldo is a history maker, a record maker and a game-changer. He likes the attention...he loves taking the center stage and he lives for moments like this. It has been a mixed season for Manchester United and even for him to some extent but these are the moments he lives for and these are the games I want them to be using him for so that he can be fresh and prepared. I still feel they shouldn't let him start every game and that's no disrespect, but because he knows when to turn the heat and kill off oppositions. What a player.
He singlehandedly gave Manchester United the win at Old Trafford to mark the 400 Premier League home win for the club. The record stood at 805 for the most goals in history according to the official record of FIFA and this guy right here has broken that record to set the bar higher for others who want to overtake it. He scored a brilliant hat-trick against Tottenham at Old Trafford to take his tally to 807 career goals which is the most in football. He is 37 and I won't put it past him to still notch a few more goals before finally calling it quit. What a player he is.
It's this mental strength a lot of players need to emulate; Rashford, Sancho, Pogba and Elanga. He knows when to turn the attention back to himself especially when a lot of critics are tearing him down. He is a trend maker and record-breaker. All hail Cristiano Ronaldo.
It seems this last week was the week of the Veterans because Robert Lewandowski scored a brilliant hat-trick in the Champions League and he is 33 years of age. Karim Benzema followed suit with his hat-trick midweek too in the Champions League to dump Paris Saint Germain out of the competition and he is 34 years of age. Now, Cristiano Ronaldo scored a wonderful hat-trick against Tottenham at Old Trafford in their Premier League clash at the age of 37. That was his 59th career hat-trick and that's insane. He has earned the rights and he should have more respect attached to his name, let's be honest.
He scored 5 goals with Sporting Lisbon and has now scored 136 goals for Manchester United. He had his best goal-scoring form with Real Madrid where he racked up 450 goals. He scored 101 goals with Juventus and 115 with Portugal so far. This guy isn't the finished article and he knows how to rise to the occasion. He is a living legend and I am glad to have watched him play even though I wasn't around during the time of Pele and Maradona. It's a joy to watch this living legend carve out goals out of nothing and rewrite history.
What a player. What a talent. History maker. Game changer. Record-breaker. Trendsetter. History writer. Let's give it up for Cristiano Ronaldo. He managed to silence Tottenham and excused the error of Harry Maguire as he scored thrice to give Manchester United a much-needed win after Harry Kane and Harry Maguire's own goal made up for Tottenham's 2 goals. This would surely lift the mood among the players even though United would be looking over its shoulder to watch and hope Arsenal falters.

Impressive record for the legend Cristiano Ronaldo. He has shown yet again why he deserves all the titles and accolades that came his way. This time, I saw quite an impressive teamwork from the United players. It was a well deserved win for them.
I believe this record would be quite difficult to break should he continue to play for a few more years.
