As a foot ball fan from Nigeria I followed the matches between Nigeria and Central African Republic

Nigeria played very well in their first leg against the said team with much ball possession but were unfortunate not to win, the lowly rated team (124) in FIFA RANKING embarrassed Nigeria with
And astonishing strike from Namnganda which gave them the win on Thursday night being 7th 0ct. 2021.

Nigeria played as a mature team but couldn't over turn the score as it remained 0:1 in favour of the visiting team
The visiting team's defence was Rock solid, by that win they broke Nigeria's unbeaten run in the qualifiers.

The return fixture played on the 10th of October 2021 was very perfect for super eagles of Nigeria as they played their heart out just like they did in the first leg and it paid off, the super eagle's defence was reenergized they played with understanding and the central African team could not penetrate.

The first goal of the match was scored by a Nigerian defender in person of Leon Balogun after the first goal the cta team came out to try and equalize the game they couldn't, in the process of coming out Nigeria took advantage by scoring the next goal which they held till the blast of the last whistle.

The last goal was scored by by a striker in person of victor osimen. By that win Nigeria was superior be to them in terms of goals aggregate that is 2-1.

With that win, Nigeria has 9 point and they are group leaders followed by the Central African Republic 4 point. and Liberia now seat last in the group.

If am given the opportunity to make my selection for most valuable player of the match I would have gone for victor osimen though he missed a one on one goal but he did his best.

As for the the couch In person of Rohr he was pivotal to the win as he made some good changes. Super eagles was a better side in all. Congratulations to them.
