Leicester City Will Need To Up Their Game If They Want To Win Against Chelsea.

Its the weekend and we are glad the the international break is finally over. This can only mean one thing, we have the chance to watch our favorite clubs play for their respective clubs. We have a whole lot of games lined up today and honestly I feel like the big team are in for a shocker today. I say this because yesterday Bayern Munich were humbled by Augsburg in their first game back from the international break. This only proved that players did not have enough time to rest and to prepare for the game. We all know that Bayern Munich is full of big names and most of them were called up by their respective national teams.

This brings me to the game I wanna talk about. It is actually the first game of the premier league today which is between Leicester City and Chelsea at the King Power Stadium. Well we can at least say that most players from Chelsea were called up by their country for the international break.

Things are currently looking bad for Brendan Rodgers with his team sitting 12th on the premier league table with only 15 points from a possible 33. This is not what they would have have expected as they were able to finish 5th last season and their form wasn’t this bad. They can only expect things to go from bad to worse if they are not able to get a win against Chelsea today. It will further drift them down the table meaning their dream of playing in the champions league next season will have to wait once more. Anyone who has been following Leicester for the last 2 seasons know for a fact that they have been trying to get into the top 4 but it becomes a problem on the final day of the league or they start messing things up by playing draws and not being able to win vital games.

Well for Chelsea they can’t complain as things are looking really good for them. They are currently first as things stands with a 3 point gap from the second team which is Manchester City and they will be looking to capitalize on the bad form that Leicester have currently and will be looking to further extend their lead at the top. Chelsea have been able to amass 26 points from a possible 33 points which means they lost 8 points on the road. Very impressive right?

Honestly if Chelsea could just loose this game it would make my day a wonderful one but I don’t want Manchester City to win the premier league title either😂 so I think i think I will have to choose which one of the two teams I like a little and then give them my full support and pray; which doesn’t matter anyway🙂 and pray that they win.

If Leicester intend winning this game against a revitalized blues they will have to come up with something really special to do that and it wouldn’t be easy cause Chelsea are currently playing one of the best football in Europe and sincerely speaking only a few teams can stop them right now. For this game I think Chelsea will win but it wouldn’t be easy in the first half as Leicester will push for the opening goal but they will come down and the second half and Chelsea can then see the game out comfortably. I give a 2 nil win to Chelsea at the king power stadium.
