Today's performance shows how valuable of a player like Hakim Ziyech is to a team like Chelsea. His contributions were top notch and he managed to score a goal with several accuracy as well.
Ziyech has grown tremendously as a player. He has seen great accomplishments from the gears he has played for professionally starting with SC Heerenveen then moved to FC Twenty.
Fc Twenty is quite an amazing team and has been dominating the Netherlands for quite some time now. This move cost about €3.5million which was quite a hefty amount for a youngster of his caliber.
Two years later, he moved to Ajax which is another amazing force in the Netherlands. The most memorable moment I can't seem to forget is their match against Tottenham. Ziyech had scored an amazing goal to give Ajax the two goal lead. But that wasn't quite enough to secure their win.
A year later, Ziyech joined Chelsea after Lampard decided set put an elite team worth well over €200million.
It wasn't quite clear how this profited Chelsea because they were still quite rough around the edges. But I like the direction this team is taking at the moment.
Ziyech has been able to provide incredible assists and initiated a good amount of chances in several games.
There is a high chance he would stay longer at Chelsea and in the league looking at his impact on big games.

An excellent player if you asked me. Although he still needs to learn how to be confident on the ball and I believe he role will show very well.
