Hello everyone,
Today our match against SNNIT team was able to take place at the Navasco Soccer Field here in Navrongo. We went with our anticipated lineup from yesterday. This was good because that was the best selection I could make from our various practice sessions we held for the past week.
We started the match with a pep talk where we spoke about the tactics that would be implemented during the game. This is very necessary if we were going to play as a single unit.
Pre-match talks with the whole team
The match kicked off at 3p.m prompt and the first pass was taken by us based on the coin toss. Everything was going according to plan with our side dominating possession.

Our touches were working well but a few mishaps came along the way which is to be expected. We ended up finding the back of the net through a very beautiful goal by @tymes2.
We went on with the match and the Snnit team were able to capitalize on a corner kick they won along the course of the game. This was taken by Baba who was able to deliver a sweet corner which was able to be headed by one of their forwards. This made the scores to be all leveled up.

Half time came up and we went on a 15 minutes break. We then switched sides and resumed the match.
Resuming the second half
In this half, we switched our tactics to long passes and more shots on target. This was because I noticed that their players like to come forward more often making it easier to get in behind.
Through this tactics, we were able to score 2 goals that were scored by @sadiqxylo and @silencewan.

We then had a slip up and a penalty was awarded to the Snnit team. This penalty was taken by one of their forwards which was a pretty good one. Even though our goalie @romacoay was able to get the direction, he couldn't get there in time.

The scoreline was now 3-2 and the game was slowly coming to an end. This was when an opportunity arose and @kasib07 was able to score the final goal giving us a guaranteed win the scoreline 4-2.

This brought the game to tan end and we look forward to playing our next match with another formidable opponent.
