CONGRATULATIONS TO REAL MADRID ON WINNING THEIR 12 SUPER COPA TROPHY.
In the first half, as soon as the referee started the match it was obvious what Madrid wanted to do and Bilbao wanted to stay behind the ball leaving Inaki Williams in-front to trouble the backline. And as we all know Madrid play a high line so they were looking to exploit that....

We have a Luka Modric who can do everything on the court, he goes from side to side at his age where many players are already retired or playing in other leagues, then we have Toni Kroos who is simply very difficult to pass badly, always well placed on the court and a Casemiro who has a world-class defensive.....

Real Madrid broke the deadlock in the 38th minute, Rodrygo moving on the left side of the Athletic Bilbao defense, releasing a pass for Luka Modric. The Croatian midfielder managed to place the ball into the top corner of Unai Simon's goal and change the score to 1-0 for Madrid....
