There are lots of quality young players out there with different personal amazing qualities. So for me as a manager my decision will be influenced by the type of positions I need players in.

  • Defense

If I were to choose a young talented Defender, I will prefer to go for Bayern Munich and canada star Alphonso Davies because of his exceptional skills. He his very fast for a Left Back, good dribbling skills, amazing cross out and a good physical strength for a defender who has lots of time to improve his skills more.

  • Midfielder

For my Midfield I will prefer to choose my own Arsenal talent Emile Smith Rowe. Very amazing Midfielder, fast, smart, creative, good dribbling skills and very good vision and goal sense for a youngster that he his.

  • Striker

For my attack I will go for the norwegian sharp shooter, huge, fast, amazing finishing, positioning, and a commando on the field. The person is no other than Working Haaland.

For me these are the youngster I would sign as a manager.

Nice presentation. No doubts here buddy. Thank you.

My ideal signing as a manager will be Vinicious Junior. A player who has struggled many years at real madrid due to his young age but has now shown that the older you get the wiser you become. When he was sighed into the club he was 18 years so his decision making in the final third was poor but after turning 21 he has shown that with the right sense of mind he will definitely do things. I know he has not reached the level of Ronaldo as a left winger yet but we can rightly say he is on his way there. He will certainly be my ideal player and my first choice winger as a manager.

He has certainly grown a lot as a player. Thank you.

As a manager, the player I will look to sign would be Diego jota of Liverpool.
The work rate of the Portuguese in the Liverpool team is second to none.

Diego Jota has been the best Liverpool player since Salah and mane left for the African cup of nation tournament.

He works his sleeves off for the team. As a manager, I will be looking at players that have high work rate.

Diego Jota can score, he can assist, he can dribble and age is also on his side.

Diogo Jota certainly has lots of room for improvements. Thank you.

Thank you @worldoffootball for this contest once anew. Kudos to you for the great work you are doing.

Actually, every manager would like to sighn a player who is good at the position he/she plays. Be it midfield, defense, wing, forward or striker.

The rising that I would love to sign as a manager will be Fatawu Isshaku who’s currently playing for Dream FC. He’s a Ghanaian, 17 years of age, an attacking midfielder.
Abdul Fatawu Issahaku was part of the Ghana Black Stars AFCON.

Fatawu is a great player who can also play forward. He has a lot of goals in Ghana Premiere League.
Liverpool FC cane for him, but because of his age they couldn’t sign him to the senior club, so they wanted to loan to a different club when he reach 18 years they can then bring him the senior team. He’s very good, and has catch football spectators attention, though he’s still young.

Thank you for the time and attention.

Would be good to see such a refined player playing at the very top.

There are a lot of young rising stars at the moment and before such is taken by me as a manager, I look at their different prospects. He will develop no doubt but his contributions off and on the field matters a lot. Jude Bellingham would be ideal player as he gave Pep the shock of his life last season and kept wondering if he is truly 18 years or not. The boy is good and is a key player i would to sign as manager.

I got my eye on that player. He's fantastic

I think so far the best rising star and if I’m to be a manager the player I will buy is Almighty Ansu fati because he has a lot of potentials and he’s the future of Barcelona and the world as a whole. Currently he is the Champions League’s youngest-ever goalscorer. The Spain national team’s youngest-ever goalscorer and still doing amazing in football.

That's a good choice you've made here.
